The Sports Enhancement Training (S.E.T.) program is custom program designed by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists for all levels of athletes.  S.E.T. is an intensive, individualized training program geared to help athletes get the most out of the competition. The 6-week training program focuses on the key components to give the athlete the competitive edge in speed, power, agility and strength.  We also set up team training sessions for groups who are wanting to train together to meet the same goals.
