SPORTS MEDICINE

Health Facilities Rehab Services Sports Medicine Team specializes in prevention, diagnosis, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of muscle, nerve and bone injuries. Our athletics trainers' goals are to help injured athletes get back to their sport as quickly and safely as possible.

S.E.T.

The Sports Enhancement Training (S.E.T.) program is custom designed by Certified Strenght and Conditioning Specialists for all levels of athletes. S.E.T. is an intensive, individualized training program geared to help athletes get the most out of the competition. The 6-week training program focuses on the key components to give the athlete the competitive edge in speed, power, agility and strength. We also set up team training sessions for groups who are wanting to train together to meet the same goals. Schedule you free consultaion today!

Youth Program

  • Ages  8 - 12
  • 2 times per week
6-Week Program
  • 3 or 4 times per week
  • Individual or Team of 4 or more
S.E.T. is designated to:
  • Improve strenght, power and endurance
  • Improve speed, agility and vertical jump
  • Increase flexibility
  • Increase core stability
  • Increase balance and coordination
  • Prevent injury

Who is S.E.T. for?

Any athlete from:

  • Grade School (8 yrs old and up)
  • High School
  • Collegiate
  • Semi-pro
