S.E.T.

The Sports Enhancement Training (S.E.T.) program is custom designed by Certified Strenght and Conditioning Specialists for all levels of athletes.  S.E.T. is an intensive, individualized training program geared to help athletes get the most out of the competition.  The 6-week training program focuses on the key components to give the athelte the competitive edge in speed, power, agility and strength.  We also set up team training sessions for groups who are wanting to train together to meet the same goals.

Any athlete from:

  • Grade School (8 years old &up)
  • High School
  • Collegiate
  • Semi-pro

S.E.T. Programs

                                                     6 week program                            Single Athlete / Team (4 or more)

                     Youth Program (ages 8-12) 2x per week $ 187.64 with tax X
Regular Program (ages 13 and up ) 3x per week $ 296.93 with tax $ 268.06 with tax
Regular Program (ages 13 and up) 4x per week  $ 375.28 with tax $ 307.72 with tax
