Health Facilities Rehabilitation Services provides long-term, outpatient and home health care for residents in Missouri and Arizona. Individuals receive professional physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and industrial sports medicine services.

The Health Facilities Rehab team consists of over 150 licensed and registered therapists who provide services to the company's 6 outpatient centers and 30+ nursing homes, as well as providing home health services to residents within a 100 mile radius of our corporate office in Sikeston.
